WARRANTY POLICY

 

WARRANTIES

We understand that things happen, and we would like to help resolve any issues you might be experiencing. All warranties that fall under the manufactures warranty guidelines and terms can be handled through LGE-CTS Motorsports / www.lge-cts.com website. You will have to provide us with some documentation if required by the manufacture and you may need to provide additional information. If the manufacture requires for your product to be registered, it is your responsibility to register that product. Failure to do so can result in warranty to be voided and not applicable.

 

ALL WARRANITIES ON THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS DETERMINED BY THE MANUFACTURE OF THE PRODUCT AND THEIR WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE GO TO BRANDS WEBSITE FOR MORE DETAILS ON THE TERMS OF THEIR WARRANTY.

 

Products being warrantied do not cover the cost of labor, shipping, packaging or any other expenses that may accrue.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed will ship next day if parts are in stock, otherwise they will ship the day after the completion of parts being made. For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 2-14 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. If you live in a rural area where shipments are commonly known to be difficult to deliver, please allow additional shipping time or please provide us with an alternative shipping method (additional shipping cost can accrue).

 

We are currently not set up for international shipments.

 

Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. IF you do NOT receive an email with your tracking information, you may email customer service or call us to request your tracking information. We use an outside source to ship products and will need to contact them for the information. Please allow 24-48 hours to return your request.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

All cancelations of order must be done before products ship. There are NO cancelations on special order items.

 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY

All refunds and exchanges can take some time to process. Please allow 5-7 days for refunds to be processed. Some refunds may NOT show up on Credit card or bank statements till the end of the month.
